At Actium, we made a commitment to contribute to not only the non-profit organizations that our clients have created and manage, but also to various other public benefit organizations, all in an effort to strengthen the communities in which we live and work.

Through our commitment and contributions to pro bono work, non-profit organizations, and charitable activities, it is our belief that we can all work together to strengthen our society, assist the disadvantaged, and give to others who might not normally have access to such resources. Actium was founded, in part, by partners who first served in governmental roles, and who have now carried that commitment to their community support into their legal practice. This dedication continues today through the firm’s charitable and pro bono efforts.

Our hands-on attitude is exemplified not only through our philanthropic measures, but also through our daily lives. Many of our partners are also board members to various charities and non-profits. For example, our members have and continue to serve the interests of large-scale homeless shelters, orphanages, various non-profit scholarship funds, academic institutions, international relations, adult literacy programs, Bar Associations, and environmental initiatives. We at Actium have identified the significance of applying our knowledge, experience, and resources to assist those in need. We’ve dedicated countless hours to providing no-cost services and will continue to do so as part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to doing what it can to better our society. We believe this leads to more engaged, well-rounded lawyers, who are better integrated in our civic fabric.

We strive to lead by example and hope that the firm’s ongoing commitment to helping others will act as a conduit and inspire others to give of themselves and their resources for the ongoing effort to strengthen this world.
